"My mother has been a State Farm client for over 20 years. Two weeks ago, a tornado hit her home, leaving numerous trees down, including a massive one directly on her house, and Eric's State Farm team have still not provided the insurance funds she was told were forthcoming for wind damage to have the trees properly removed. All tree removal companies contacted have been appalled and feel as though we are being taken advantage of. Eric has only taken one call personally and would not visit the property. Advise against working with this group as we fight everyday for adequate coverage to be provided in a timely manner. Extremely disappointed in this devastating experience and lack of communication."
"I am very sorry that your mom's home was hit by a tornado and I understand the sense of urgency and frustration. I would like to respond to your review in writing as well. I am not a licensed claims adjuster, nor is any member of my paid staff. I am a local business owner who owns a sales branch of State Farm and we all carry insurance producers licenses. I have informed this customer already that we are not authorized to represent State Farm in the capacity of an insurance adjuster and that she would need to contact her State Farm appointed insurance adjuster on this matter. As much as I would like to assist, I am not an authorized person to do so when it comes to matters of a claim. I have elevated the customers concerns to the appropriate claims supervisor in each and every case when they have called in. Again, I strongly suggest you to reach out to your assigned claims adjuster rep. Defamation of my character is not going to accomplish anything good and I believe your understanding of my role in the process is misguided. Thank you."

"Excellent Agency. Excellent service. Very courteous and helpful over the phone and in person. Not very good about returning phone calls, however. I had amazing rates and bundles the first year or so, but my policy kept skyrocketing even though I had no accidents or tickets. Unfortunately, I just left State Farm for another company that got me the same bundle price I started out with at State Farm years ago. I wish Eric Blair - State Farm well. Nice group of people!"

"Hi Marvin, I checked my records and I don't see you as a customer in my book of business. Please be careful about posting something negative about my business when you are not my client. I checked both 2016 and 2015 records and you were not my insured at that time at all. Each office is independently owned, so perhaps you have me confused with your actual agent. Take a look at your proof of insurance card from 2015 and 2016 and you will see the agent of record listed there."

"I would recommend calling in to review your quotes if they are received by email. We don't always have all the information necessary to provide an accurate quote without asking you a few questions first. There may be discounts you are eligible for, options you want or don't want, etc . It is best to spend a couple minutes with us by phone or in person first before finalizing your quoted rate. If we receive your request over the internet or by email we do our best to quote an accurate rate, but some assumptions do have to be made without speaking to you first. Thanks for all the support and the great reviews."
